Diane Vauclair - Human Resources

Diane Vauclair joined Sagemcom in April 2008 as Human Resources Generalist , after serving 5 months as a consultant to the company from November 2007.

She provides human resources (HR) coaching to the management team and staff in areas such as: recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy development, training/development, communication, and payroll services. With more than 20 years of HR experience, Diane has held several similar positions within the pharmaceutical world, primarily at Abbott Laboratories and Hospira Healthcare Corporation. Diane is a graduate from LaSalle College, and has followed several specialized programs in both management and human resources.
