Message from the GM

As 2010 draws to an end, I reflect fondly on our accomplishments and look forward to the many exciting endeavors and product developments in store for Sagemcom's partners and customers in 2011.

Looking back...

Sagem-Interstar starting rebranding in Q2 this year, and now sports the same name and corporate "look and feel" as our French parent company, Sagemcom. The phased rebranding migration, which was kickstarted in France in Q4 2009 when our parent-company Sagem Communications became Sagemcom, is still evolving throughout Sagem-Interstar’s web content, email addresses and external communications. The final steps include merging the www.sagem-interstar.com website into the overall www.sagemcom.com web site.

Look out for new announcements related to:

  • New versions of XMediusFAX (6.5.5) and OpenLine PR Server (10.5.5) available January 4, 2011.
  • How Sagemcom's fax and document management solutions help organizations achieve assistive technology interoperability including compliance to Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act
  • New MFP Connectors in 2011: Sagemcom will launch new connectors for smart MFP integration with: Ricoh ESA & GlobalScan NX, Microsoft Sharepoint, Sharp OSA, and Xerox EIP, among others. Details to follow soon in Q1 2011.
  • Virtualization update: Building upon its current comprehensive virtualization support for VMware and Microsoft, Sagemcom will also soon release details on its support for Citrix.
