Sagemcom’s support program admits customers directly to our online support helpdesk with convenient access to software upgrades, patches, hotfixes and a comprehensive support knowledge base. The online support helpdesk allows our customers to submit and review trouble tickets and engage in online communities and forums on how to get the most out of your XMediusFAX solution.

Support is available from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM local time for regular maintenance contracts. Premium customers have access 24/7 for emergencies or major impacts support requests.
